Ingredients
- ½ cup Tapioca pearls, cooked and cooled in water
- 1 oz. DaVinci Gourmet Hazelnut Syrup
- 2 tsp. DaVinci Gourmet Chocolate Sauce
- 1 tsp. Toasted coconut
- 1 cup Ice
- 5 oz. Water
- ⅓ cup Big Train Dragonfly Green Tea Blended Crème Mix
- ¼ cup Chocolate popping boba pearls
Directions
- Combine cooked tapioca pearls and Hazelnut Syrup in a small bowl. Toss to coat. Set aside.
- Rim the edge of a snifter with the chocolate sauce and toasted coconut. Spread remaining chocolate sauce onto inside of glass.
- Add syrup and pearls to the bottom of the snifter.
- Combine the ice, water, and Dragonfly Green Tea Blended Crème Mix to a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into snifter over pearls.
- Spoon popping boba on top and serve with a half-sized boba straw.
