1 ½ oz. Irish Whiskey

1 lg. Egg white

1 oz. Oregon Chai Extra Spicy Super Concentrate

1 cup Ice
-
2 oz. Water
-
2 oz. Island Oasis Sour Frozen Beverage Mix

¼ oz. DaVinci Gourmet Almond Syrup
Directions
Combine whiskey, egg white and chai concentrate in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds or until frothy.
Add remaining ingredients and shake vigorously for another 30-45 seconds or until very frothy.
Double strain into a highball or rocks glass with or without ice. Serve garnished with a cinnamon stick.
Recipe Note
This cocktail can be served up or on the rocks. For added flair, dust top of foam with cinnamon or toasted ground almonds.
