The cayenne pepper adds a touch of heat to this frozen drink. However, you can substitute less spicy types of chili powder or omit altogether. Turn this into a boozy shake by adding coconut-flavored rum, crème de cocoa, or coffee liqueur. This drink can also be served over ice rather than being blended.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Ice
- 5 oz. Cold brew coffee
- ¼ cup Big Train Mocha Blended Ice Coffee Mix
- ¼ cup Big Train 20 Below Frozen Hot Chocolate Mix
- ½ oz. DaVinci Gourmet Cinnamon Syrup
- 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
- DaVinci Gourmet Caramel Sauce, garnish
- Crushed shortbread cookie, garnish
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except garnish in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Rim a pint-size glass with DaVinci Gourmet Caramel Sauce and coat with crushed shortbread cookies.
- Pour blended frappé into prepared glass.
