Ingredients

1½ cups Ice

2 oz. Bourbon

1 oz. DaVinci Gourmet Apple or Green Apple Syrup

1½ oz. Island Oasis Sour Frozen Beverage Mix

½ tsp. Aquafaba powder (may substitute 1 egg white)

3 Drops Bitters of choice
Directions
Combine all ingredients except bitters and apple slices in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds. Double strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
Place 3 drops of bitters on top of foam. Garnish top with apple slices and serve.
Recipe Note
This drink can be served on the rocks as well or add an effervescent element by topping it with champagne or seltzer.
