Shake off those winter blues and dress up a classic cold brew with some tastes from the Islands.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Ice
  • 5 oz. Milk (macadamia, almond, oat or dairy)
  • 4 oz. Cold brew coffee
  • 1 oz. DaVinci Hawaiian Salted Caramel Syrup
  • 0.5 oz. DaVinci Gourmet Macadamia Nut Syrup
  • DaVinci Gourmet Caramel Sauce (garnish)
  • Crushed Macadamia Nuts (garnish)
  • Shortbread cookie (optional garnish)

Directions

  1. Pour milk and syrups into a pint-sized glass.
  2. Stir well, then add ice to 3/4 full.
  3. Add coffee.
  4. Top with whipped cream.
  5. Drizzle caramel sauce on top.
  6. Garnish with crushed macadamia nuts and a shortbread cookie.
