Espresso, vanilla vodka, banana syrup, and maple syrup are shaken to a creamy foam and garnished with a banana bread slice and maple sugar rim. Ingredients
1 ½ cups ice
2 oz. Vanilla vodka
2 oz. Prepared espresso, refrigerated
½ oz. DaVinci Gourmet Banana Bread Syrup
½ oz. DaVinci Gourmet Maple Syrup
1 tsp DaVinci Gourmet Chocolate Sauce, optional
½ tsp Maple sugar, optional
Mini banana bread, toasted
Directions
Brush or dip one outside area of a chilled coupe or martini glass with chocolate sauce then dip in maple sugar. Fill with ice and water and set aside while preparing the drink.
Combine all ingredients except chocolate sauce and maple sugar in a cocktail shaker. Cover and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
Dump ice and water from rimmed glass. Double strain mixture into the glass and serve with a toasted slice of banana bread if desired.
