Ingredients
- 1 Egg white
- ½ oz. DaVinci Gourmet Green Apple Syrup
- 2 oz. Gin (Hendrick's or similar)
- 1 ½ cup Ice
- 1 ½ oz. Island Oasis Lemonade Mix
- 1 ½ oz. Water
Directions
- Combine egg white, green apple syrup and gin in a cocktail shaker.
- Shake vigorously for 20 - 30 seconds.
- Add ice, lemonade mix and water.
- Shake for another 20-30 seconds or until very frothy.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Serve and enjoy!
