Ingredients
1 Egg white
½ oz. DaVinci Gourmet Green Apple Syrup
2 oz. Gin (Hendrick's or similar)
1 ½ cup Ice
1 ½ oz. Island Oasis Lemonade Mix
1 ½ oz. Water
Directions
Combine egg white, green apple syrup and gin in a cocktail shaker.
Shake vigorously for 20 - 30 seconds.
Add ice, lemonade mix and water.
Shake for another 20-30 seconds or until very frothy.
