Peach ’Spro-jito

Bright and zippy, this espresso–meets–mojito riff stirs DaVinci Gourmet Peach Syrup with fresh lime, espresso, and soda water over ice, finished with mint and peach slices for a breezy, café–bar crossover.

Peach ’Spro-jito

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice

  • 1 ounce DaVinci Gourmet Peach Syrup

  • ½ ounce fresh lime juice

  • 1 ½ ounces espresso

  • 5 ounces soda water

  • Peach slices, for garnish

  • Mint leaves and sprigs, for garnish

Directions

  1. Step 1 Fill a glass with ice.

  2. Step 2 Add DaVinci Gourmet Peach Syrup, lime juice, espresso, and top with soda water. Stir gently.

  3. Step 3 Garnish with mint and peach slices & Enjoy!
