Peach ’Spro-jito
Bright and zippy, this espresso–meets–mojito riff stirs DaVinci Gourmet Peach Syrup with fresh lime, espresso, and soda water over ice, finished with mint and peach slices for a breezy, café–bar crossover.
Ingredients
- 1 cup ice
- 1 ounce DaVinci Gourmet Peach Syrup
- ½ ounce fresh lime juice
- 1 ½ ounces espresso
- 5 ounces soda water
- Peach slices, for garnish
- Mint leaves and sprigs, for garnish
Directions
Step 1 Fill a glass with ice.
Step 2 Add DaVinci Gourmet Peach Syrup, lime juice, espresso, and top with soda water. Stir gently.
Step 3 Garnish with mint and peach slices & Enjoy!
