Lively and crisp, this high-energy collins mixes vodka with DaVinci Gourmet Sugar–Free Watermelon Syrup and lemon, then tops with Red Bull for a bright, refreshing lift — garnished with watermelon and mint.
Ingredients
2 ounces vodka
1 ounce DaVinci Gourmet Sugar–Free Watermelon Syrup
1 ounce lemon juice
1 cup ice
4 ounces Red Bull
Watermelon cubes, for garnish
Mint, for garnish
Directions
Step 1 In a shaker, combine vodka, DaVinci Gourmet Sugar–Free Watermelon Syrup, and lemon juice with ice.
Step 2 Pour into a collins glass with fresh ice and top with Red Bull.
Step 3 Garnish with a watermelon cube and mint & Enjoy!
