Ingredients
2/3 cup Steamed milk
¾ oz. DaVinci Gourmet Banana Bread Syrup, divided
1 shot Espresso
1 ea. Dried banana chip, chopped, optional
1 ea. Plantain chip, chopped, optional
1 pinch Ground nutmeg, optional
Directions
For banana crumble, combine chopped banana chip, plantain and nutmeg in a small dish. Set aside.
Combine milk and 1/2 oz. of Davinci Gourmet Banana Bread Syrup in a steamer pitcher and steam until thickened.
Pour mixture into an 8 oz. coffee mug or cup.
Combine remaining syrup and espresso and add to coffee mug or cup. Spoon any remaining milk foam on top and sprinkle with reserved banana crumble. Serve.
