1 cup Ice

2 oz. Aperol liquor

0.5 oz. DaVinci Gourmet Blood Orange Syrup

4 oz. Prosecco

1 oz. Seltzer

Slice of blood orange (garnish)
Directions
- Combine ice, Aperol and syrup in a mixing cup.
- Stir until well blended.
- Strain into a wine glass.
- Add Prosecco, then top off with seltzer.
- Garnish with a slice of blood orange.
