Directions
Combine the coffee, brown sugar syrup and blueberries in a small blender. Blend until smooth.
Strain mixture into a whipped cream dispenser. Screw on the top and charge the dispenser with a nitro cartridge.
Dispense the coffee mixture into a tall glass filled with ice. Serve garnished with a few frozen blueberries if desired.
Recipe Note
For a more gourmet presentation, dust the outer edge of the glass with blue spirulina powder or blue sanding sugar. For an easier preparation, simply combine the strained beverage with ice in a glass. The strained beverage can be made in a larger batch and refrigerated until ready to serve.
