This cocktail can be served on the rocks or blended with ice cream and served as a boozy shake. Try substituting vanilla vodka, dark rum, or bourbon for the RumChata if a stronger drink is desired.
Cereal Martini

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Ice
  • 3 oz. Rum Chata Cream Liqueur
  • ½ oz. Kahlúa Coffee Liqueur
  • 3 tbsp. Big Train Horchata Blended Crème Mix
  • ½ oz. DaVinci Gourmet Cinnamon Syrup
  • Cocoa Crisp Cereal, garnish

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except cereal in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds or until well blended.
  3. Strain mixture into a martini or coupe glass.
  4. Top with cereal.
