This cocktail can be served on the rocks or blended with ice cream and served as a boozy shake. Try substituting vanilla vodka, dark rum, or bourbon for the RumChata if a stronger drink is desired.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Ice
- 3 oz. Rum Chata Cream Liqueur
- ½ oz. Kahlúa Coffee Liqueur
- 3 tbsp. Big Train Horchata Blended Crème Mix
- ½ oz. DaVinci Gourmet Cinnamon Syrup
- Cocoa Crisp Cereal, garnish
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except cereal in a cocktail shaker.
- Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds or until well blended.
- Strain mixture into a martini or coupe glass.
- Top with cereal.
