2 tablespoons instant coffee

3 tablespoons water

0.5 oz DaVinci Gourmet Vanilla Syrup

5 oz milk
Directions
- Whisk all ingredients besides milk and syrup with electric for a few minutes, allowing froth to come to the top.
- The color will start to shimmer like fresh crema on an espresso shot, stopping once firm.
- In glass, add DaVinci Gourmet and milk, stir.
- Last, scoop the coffee froth and dollop on top of milk, serve.
