We're leaning into Kerry's Irish roots with an ode to the Emerald Isle for the Frozen Irish Martini. This frozen twist on a classic Irish Coffee brings together Big Train Espresso mix and DaVinci Gourmet Irish Cream syrup.
Frozen Irish Martini

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Ice
  • 3 Tbsp. Big Train Espresso Blended Iced Coffee Mix
  • 1.5 oz. Irish cream
  • 1 oz. Irish whiskey
  • 0.5 oz. DaVinci Gourmet Naturals Irish Cream Syrup
  • DaVinci Gourmet Chocolate Sauce (garnish)
  • Crushed cookie (garnish)
  • Espresso powder (garnish)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker cup.
  2. Shake until well blended.
  3. Rim a coupe or martini glass with DaVinci Gourmet Chocolate sauce, then coat with crushed cookie crumbs and espresso powder.
  4. Strain the prepared drink into the glass.
