We're leaning into Kerry's Irish roots with an ode to the Emerald Isle for the Frozen Irish Martini. This frozen twist on a classic Irish Coffee brings together Big Train Espresso mix and DaVinci Gourmet Irish Cream syrup.
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups Ice
- 3 Tbsp. Big Train Espresso Blended Iced Coffee Mix
- 1.5 oz. Irish cream
- 1 oz. Irish whiskey
- 0.5 oz. DaVinci Gourmet Naturals Irish Cream Syrup
- DaVinci Gourmet Chocolate Sauce (garnish)
- Crushed cookie (garnish)
- Espresso powder (garnish)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker cup.
- Shake until well blended.
- Rim a coupe or martini glass with DaVinci Gourmet Chocolate sauce, then coat with crushed cookie crumbs and espresso powder.
- Strain the prepared drink into the glass.
