Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Big Train Espresso
  • .25 oz. Olive Oil
  • 12 oz. Hot Water
  • Garnish: Chocolate whipped cream
  • Garnish: DaVinci Gourmet Caramel Sauce
  • Garnish: Tuile cookie

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients and blend with frothier.
  2. Pour into service glass and add chocolate whipped cream (cocoa powder and heavy cream whipped to stiff peaks) and drizzle caramel over the top.
