Inspired by flavors of the Big Island, customers will love this playful and refreshing take on boba made with Island Oasis Lemonade and DaVinci Gourmet syrups.
Ingredients
- 10 oz. Island Oasis Lemonade
- .5 oz. DaVinci Gourmet Orange Syrup
- 1.75 oz. DaVinci Gourmet Pineapple Syrup
- 2 ozs. Seltzer water
- 1 Tbsp. Boba Pearls of choice
Directions
- Add Boba to service glass.
- Combine lemonade, pineapple syrup in mixing glass and shake with ice.
- Strain into service glass.
- Top with seltzer water, then drizzle orange syrup on top.
- Garnish with lime wedge and fresh mint.
