Experience the nostalgic flavors of strawberry pie in a refreshing latte. With notes of sweet strawberry, smooth coffee, and buttery shortbread, all topped with creamy goodness, this shaken latte is a delightful twist on a classic dessert.

Iced Strawberry Cream Pie Shaken Latte

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. DaVinci Gourmet Sweet Cream

  • 6 oz. Cold brew coffee

  • ½ oz. DaVinci Gourmet Strawberry Syrup

  • ½ oz. DaVinci Gourmet Vanilla Syrup

  • 2 ea. Frozen strawberries, chopped

  • 1 Tbsp. Shortbread cookie crumbs

  • ¼ Cup Skim Milk

  • 1 ½ cup Ice

Directions

  1.  Combine the ingredients in a large shaker cup except for ½ oz of sweet cream and skim milk. 

  2. Cover the cup and shake the mixture 4-5 times.  Pour the mixture into a tall glass. 

  3. Whip ¼ cup skim milk and stir in ½ oz sweet cream, spoon on top of drink.
