1.5 oz. DaVinci Gourmet Sweet Cream

6 oz. Cold brew coffee

½ oz. DaVinci Gourmet Strawberry Syrup

½ oz. DaVinci Gourmet Vanilla Syrup

2 ea. Frozen strawberries, chopped

1 Tbsp. Shortbread cookie crumbs

¼ Cup Skim Milk

1 ½ cup Ice
Directions
Combine the ingredients in a large shaker cup except for ½ oz of sweet cream and skim milk.
Cover the cup and shake the mixture 4-5 times. Pour the mixture into a tall glass.
Whip ¼ cup skim milk and stir in ½ oz sweet cream, spoon on top of drink.
Recipe Note
As an easy alternative, try blending the ingredients and serve as a frappe.
