What’s better than combining gelato and espresso? How about adding a shot of Lavender? Whether enjoyed at home or in a bar, the Lavender Affogato is sure to transport you to a colorful field of blooming lavender.
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup Vanilla bean gelato or ice cream
- 1.5 oz. Prepared espresso
- 1 oz. DaVinci Gourmet Lavender Syrup
- Purple sanding sugar or sprinkles (garnish)
- Macaroon or cookie (optional garnish)
Directions
- Scoop gelato or ice cream into a chilled glass or bowl.
- Pour espresso into glass.
- Drizzle syrup over gelato or ice cream.
- Sprinkle with purple sanding sugar or sprinkles.
- Serve with a macaroon or cookie garnish.
