Lavender Affogato

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup Vanilla bean gelato or ice cream
  • 1.5 oz. Prepared espresso
  • 1 oz. DaVinci Gourmet Lavender Syrup
  • Purple sanding sugar or sprinkles (garnish)
  • Macaroon or cookie (optional garnish)

Directions

  1. Scoop gelato or ice cream into a chilled glass or bowl.
  2. Pour espresso into glass.
  3. Drizzle syrup over gelato or ice cream.
  4. Sprinkle with purple sanding sugar or sprinkles.
  5. Serve with a macaroon or cookie garnish.
