Add peach smoothie mix, ice, and ginger syrup to a blender. Cover and blend for 30-40 seconds or until smooth.
Pour half of the mixture into a pint-size glass and set aside.
Add the vanilla bean mix, matcha powder, and baby spinach to the blender. Cover and blend for 30-40 seconds or until smooth.
Tip the glass with the peach mixture sideways while pouring some of the matcha mixture into the glass. Tip the glass upright and pour in the remainder of the matcha mixture.
