In the Mushroom Hazelnut Macchiato, we combine the smooth taste of espresso with the delicate notes of mushroom and earthiness of matcha for an adventurous take on a classic macchiato.
Mushroom Hazelnut Macchiato

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Big Train Espresso mix or Big Train Coffee mix
  • 12 oz. Steamed Oat
  • 1 oz. DaVinci Gourmet Hazelnut Syrup
  • 1 tsp Lion’s Mane and Shiitake Mushroom Powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Matcha powder
  • 1 oz. Prepared espresso
  • Chocolate cookie topped with meringue and cookie mushrooms

Directions

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients and blend with a frothier.
  2. Pour into service Glass.
  3. Drizzle prepared espresso over the back of a spoon at the inside edge of the glass over cream.
  4. Add garnish.
