In the Mushroom Hazelnut Macchiato, we combine the smooth taste of espresso with the delicate notes of mushroom and earthiness of matcha for an adventurous take on a classic macchiato.
Ingredients
- 4 oz. Big Train Espresso mix or Big Train Coffee mix
- 12 oz. Steamed Oat
- 1 oz. DaVinci Gourmet Hazelnut Syrup
- 1 tsp Lion’s Mane and Shiitake Mushroom Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Matcha powder
- 1 oz. Prepared espresso
- Chocolate cookie topped with meringue and cookie mushrooms
Directions
- Combine first 5 ingredients and blend with a frothier.
- Pour into service Glass.
- Drizzle prepared espresso over the back of a spoon at the inside edge of the glass over cream.
- Add garnish.
