The Passion Fruit Martini blends vodka, Island Oasis Passion Fruit Beverage Mix, DaVinci Gourmet Vanilla Syrup, and fresh lime juice for a tropical, citrusy delight. Topped with bubbly prosecco and finished with a dehydrated lime wheel and edible sprinkles, this vibrant cocktail offers a perfect balance of sweet, tart, and effervescent flavors.

1.5 oz Vodka

2 oz Island Oasis Passion Fruit Beverage Mix

½ oz DaVinci Gourmet Vanilla Syrup

1 oz Fresh lime juice

3 oz Prosecco

Dehydrated lime wheel, for garnish

Edible sprinkles, for garnish
Directions
Combine all the ingredients except prosecco in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake to chill and combine.
Fine strain mixture into a martini glass.
Top with prosecco.
Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel and fancy edible sprinkles.

A Note from Natalie: A cocktail that has been popular in Australia due to its traditionally sweet palate, we modernized it by balancing the passion fruit and vanilla with a healthy dose of lime juice. Passion fruit screams summer, so it was an obvious choice when selecting cocktails for the warmer months. Using this base and the classic pairing of vanilla, we didn’t need to do much more to bring this delicious creation to life.
