Pineapple Pie Daiquiri

The Pineapple Pie Daiquiri combines white rum, fresh lime juice, DaVinci Gourmet Brown Sugar Syrup, and pineapple juice for a tropical twist on a classic. Shaken to perfection and strained into a coupe glass, it's finished with a dehydrated lime wheel and a dusting of cinnamon sugar for a warm, spiced finish.
Ingredients
1.5 oz White rum
1 oz Fresh lime juice
½ oz DaVinci Gourmet Brown Sugar Syrup
1 oz Pineapple juice
Dehydrated lime wheel, for garnish
Cinnamon sugar dust, for garnish
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake to chill and combine.
Strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel and cinnamon sugar dust.
