The Prickly Lemon Berry Martini is a fruity and refreshing cocktail made by combining vodka, DaVinci Gourmet Prickly Pear Syrup & DaVinci Gourmet Boysenberry Syrup, and lemonade.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Ice
- 1 oz. Egg white, optional
- 2 oz. Vodka
- 1 oz. DaVinci Gourmet Prickly Pear Syrup
- 1/2 oz. DaVinci Gourmet Boysenberry Syrup
- 3 oz. Island Oasis Lemonade
Directions
- Add ice, egg white and vodka to a drink shaker.
- Cover and shake to froth egg white.
- Add syrups and lemonade.
- Cover and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
- Strain into a coupe or martini glass.
- Garnish with blackberry skewer and serve.
