Fall in love with all things floral with the Prickly Pear Fauxtini. The floral notes come alive with DaVinci Gourmet’s Rose and Prickly Pear syrups. This one is for everyone out there who prefers their mocktails shaken, not stirred.
Prickly Pear Fauxtini

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Ice
  • 5 oz. cool tap water
  • 1 Tbsp. Big Train Shaken Lemonade Drink Mix
  • 1 oz. DaVinci Gourmet Prickly Pear Syrup
  • 1/2 oz. DaVinci Gourmet Rose Syrup
  • 5-6 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam (optional)
  • Lemon slice (garnish)
  • Pink sugar (garnish)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker cup.
  2. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
  3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  4. Garnish with a lemon slice coated with pink sugar.
