1½ oz. Mezcal

2 oz. Island Oasis Sour Frozen Beverage Mix

1 lg Egg white

3 oz. Water

1 oz. DaVinci Gourmet Kiwi Syrup

½ oz. DaVinci Gourmet Habanero Syrup

1 cup Ice

Black cocktail salt for rimming, optional

Lime slice for rimming, optional

Fresh kiwi slice, garnish
Directions
- Combine Mezcal, Island Oasis Sour Frozen Beverage Mix, and egg white in a cocktail shaker.
- Shake vigorously for 15–30 seconds.
- Add water, ice, and DaVinci Gourmet Kiwi and Habanero syrups to the same shaker.
- Shake vigorously for another 30–45 seconds.
- Prepare the rim of a margarita or rocks glass using lime and black cocktail salt, if desired.
- Pour contents of cocktail shaker using a drink strainer over the rimmed glass.
- Garnish with a fresh kiwi slice.
- Serve & enjoy!
