The Sunset Punch combines the sweet and tangy flavors of pineapple and sour mix with subtle notes of bourbon and apricot for the perfect summer sip.
Ingredients
- ½ oz. DaVinci Gourmet Vanilla Syrup
- 1 oz. Island Oasis Sour Mix
- 1 oz. Bourbon
- .75 Apricot Liqueur
- 1 oz. Pineapple
- 1 oz. Egg White
- Garnish: Key lime crown and fresh raspberry
- Garnish: Bubble Blaster citrus bubble
Directions
- Combine egg white and pineapple juice and shake without ice, until foam builds.
- Add remaining ingredients with ice and shake.
- Strain into coupe glass and garnish.
- Finish with bubble if desired.
