.75 Apricot Liqueur

1 oz. Pineapple

1 oz. Egg White

Garnish: Key lime crown and fresh raspberry

Garnish: Bubble Blaster citrus bubble
Directions
- Combine egg white and pineapple juice and shake without ice, until foam builds.
- Add remaining ingredients with ice and shake.
- Strain into coupe glass and garnish.
- Finish with bubble if desired.
