Tiramisu Boba

Quick-cooking tapioca pearls are simmered in hot water, then rinsed and tossed with DaVinci Brown Sugar Syrup. The boba pearls are spooned into a tall glass, topped with ice, cold black tea and a coffee gelato, sweetened condensed milk and DaVinci Iced Coffee Concentrate mixture.

Ingredients

1/3 cup Cooked tapioca pearls

2 Tbsp. DaVinci Gourmet Brown Sugar Syrup
-
1 cup Ice

5 oz. Prepared black tea, chilled

2 Tbsp. Coffee gelato, melted

2 Tbsp. Sweetened condensed milk

1 Tbsp. DaVinci Gourmet Iced Coffee Concentrate
Directions
Step 1 Combine the cooked boba pearls and the brown sugar syrup and stir to coat the pearls. Spoon the pearls into a tall glass.
Step 2 Add the ice to the glass over the pearls. Pour the tea over the ice.
Step 3 Combine the gelato, sweetened condensed milk and coffee concentrate and spoon over the tea. Add a boba straw and serve. Shake to chill and combine the ingredients.
Recipe Note
For a delicious alternative, try substituting DaVinci Gourmet Marshmallow Syrup for the Iced Coffee Concentrate.
