Ingredients
1 cup Ice
2 oz. Island Oasis Ice Cream Frozen Beverage Mix
1 oz. Cold espresso
¼ oz. DaVinci Gourmet Naturals Cinnamon Bark Syrup
1 tsp. Cocoa powder
1 ea. Chocolate wafer stick
Directions
Combine ice, tiramisu syrup, and ice cream mix in a cocktail shaker.
Cover and shake for 20-30 seconds.
Strain mixture into a chilled martini glass.
Drizzle espresso on top.
Set aside.
Whip the milk using a milk frother.
Spoon the mixture on top and sift the cocoa powder on top.
Garnish with the cookie stick if desired and serve.
