We put a decadent, indulgent twist on the classic espresso martini with toasted coconut and a freshly toasted marshmallow for a fun garnish.
Toasted Coconut Espresso Martini

Ingredients

  • 2 Scoops Big Train Espresso
  • 1 oz. Coffee Liquor
  • 1 ½ oz. Vodka
  • .5 oz. DaVinci Gourmet Toasted Marshmallow Syrup
  • Garnish: Toasted Marshmallow

Directions

  1. Dip the rim of a coupe glass into hot fudge, then into crushed toasted coconut.
  2. Combine all ingredients in mixing glass and shake with ice.
  3. Strain into the coupe glass.
  4. Thread a large marshmallow onto a wooden skewer and place over the rim of the glass.
  5. Light the marshmallow with a lighter and serve.
  6. Blow out flame just as serving.
