Toasted Coconut Shaken Iced Latte

This mixture can be converted to a frappé by blending ingredients rather than shaking them in a shaker cup.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Ice
  • 6 oz. Cold brew coffee
  • 2 oz. Milk
  • 2 tbsp Big Train Horchata Blended Crème Mix
  • 1 oz. DaVinci Gourmet Coconut Syrup
  • 1 tbsp DaVinci Gourmet Chocolate Sauce
  • Toasted coconut flakes, garnish
  • Espresso beans, garnish

Directions

  1. In a drink shaker, combine ice, coffee, milk, Big Train Horchata Blended Crème Mix, and DaVinci Gourmet Coconut Syrup.
  2. Cover and shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds or until well blended.
  3. Drizzle the inside of pint-size glass or cup with DaVinci Gourmet Chocolate Sauce.
  4. Add drink mixture to prepared cup.
  5. Garnish with toasted coconut flakes and espresso beans.
  6. Serve & enjoy!
