Celebrate the warmer weather of spring with our Watermelon Basil Southside. Serve with a melon or Mediterranean style salad for the perfect pairing.
Ingredients
- 0.5 DaVinci Gourmet Watermelon Syrup
- 1 oz. Island Oasis Lemonade Mix (Diluted 1:1 with Water)
- 2 oz. London Dry Gin
- 1 Lime Wedge
- 4 Basil Leaves
Directions
- Muddle together all ingredients, except for London Dry Gin.
- Add London Dry Gin, shake with ice and double strain.
- Clean pour into a Collins glass, top with soda, and garnish with a basil leaf.
