The Whipped Tiger Taro Boba, a creamy blend of Big Train Taro Drink Mix and ice, poured into a glass lined with rich vanilla bean cream and drizzled with DaVinci Gourmet Caramel Sauce, topped with whipped cream and blueberry popping boba, offers a delightful fusion of exotic taro flavor, sweet caramel, and fruity bursts for a refreshing indulgence.

Whipped Tiger Taro Boba

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Big Train Taro Drink Mix

  • 1 ½ cup Ice

  • 5 oz. Water

  • 1 tbsp. Heavy cream

  • 2 tbsp. Big Train Vanilla Bean Drink Mix

  • 1 tbsp. DaVinci Gourmet Caramel Sauce

  • 1 tbsp. Blueberry popping boba

  • ½ cup Whipped cream

Directions

  1. Combine ice, taro drink mix, and water in a blender. Blend until smooth.  Set aside. 

  2. In a small bowl, combine heavy cream and vanilla bean drink mix. Stir until it reaches the consistency of a thick paste. Spread the mix on the inside of a 20-ounce glass or cup. Drizzle the caramel sauce around the inside edge of the glass and let it drip down the cup.

  3. Top with whipped cream, and spoon blueberry boba on top. Drizzle with additional caramel sauce, if desired. Serve with a boba straw.
