A classic for any holiday-inspired menu, the Peppermint Mocha Latte combines the Christmas classic candy cane with rich, indulgent chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz DaVinci Gourmet® Peppermint Syrup
  • ½ oz DaVinci Gourmet® White Chocolate Syrup
  • 2 oz espresso
  • 8 oz steamed milk
  • 2 oz whipped cream
  • Crushed candy canes
  • Chocolate sauce drizzle

Directions

  1. Pour DaVinci Gourmet® syrup into cup, add espresso, pour in steamed milk with a frothy top.
  2. Top with whipped cream, crumbled candy canes & chocolate sauce drizzle.
